Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Chrome OS

My HP laptop is pretty  just over a year old and I love it.  I have a HP Officejet Pro 8710 Printer with a feeder.  I was able to scan and attach the scan to an email and everything worked perfectly, until about 4 months ago.  I have updated everything.  Reloaded drivers, tried to make the scan into a zip file.   Even tried another email that I have.   My email with an attachment just won't send.

 

I need this very badly for my business.   Everything I read says that the attachment may be too large (all of a sudden??), but I have not changed anything from what was working previously perfectly.

 

Ideas?

Hi,

Which exact feature you refer to, is it Scan to Email from the printer front panel (Scan > Email), any other scan option on the printer or any option from within the computer software?

 

Additionally, what email provider you are using? is it G-Mail, Ya-hoo or any other specific service?
