After updating to MacOS 13 Ventura the Scan to Network Folder Function is not working any more. Shared Folder and SMB is active. Does anyone have a workaround? Thanks in advance.

 

Update 01-20-2024:

I tried following things already:

  • common workaround sharing folder off / restart / on
  • shared folder \\IP-address-Mac\shared folder
  • shared folder \\local-Mac-name.local\shared folder

Interesting: if I try to can a .jpg, the Laser Jet starts the scanning process, but it is not able to write in the shared folder and I get an error message (scanning not possible). If I try to scan a PDF, it immediately aborts and I get an error message (scanning not possible) too.

If I try to access the folder with another Mac via the address smb://IP-address-Mac/Shared Folder I have access and I'm able to write to the shared folder.
