Product: HP Fax 2010
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan

I have two work horse HP Fax 1020.  I lost the manual.  It is no longer available thru HP due to the age of the fax.

Anyone still have one?  I forgot how to reset the header after a power loss.

 

The operating system is not an issue because this is a stand alone fax.

Next question: the rollers on neither of the HP 1020s is pulling paper only half way.  Then, I get an error light.

The manual didn't have any instructions on how to troubleshoot this.  Can you make a suggestion?
