Product: HP Deskjet 2320
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
When opening the HP Smart app and I click Scan, regardless of whether or not the printer is plugged into the PC ,the app just shows the loading bar then closes. It does this every time. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, removing the printer and re-adding it. Please help, is there a bug on the latest version of the app?

Hi,
Try resetting the app and check if that may makes any change.
Search for HP Smart and then right-click its icon, then select App Settings.
Click the Reset button and confirm any prompt, then try launching HP Smart again.
May you see any difference then?
