Hey @mozza0502,
Welcome to the HP Support Forums!
I understand that you are having some issues with scanning large documents from your printer to your iPad using the HP All-in-One Remote app. I can help you with scanning the documents, however I am going to need to know which printer you have first. Once I know more I will be better able to assist you.
I work on behalf of HP

Alright, you may be up against file size and process limitations on the iPhone. What you can do is try to scan the document from the printer's Automatic Document Feeder (ADF) and make sure that you have selected to save the document as a PDF. If you choose a picture format, the document will only be a single page.
Failing that, you may be able to scan the document by using Scan to Email on the printer. To enable this feature:
On the printer click on the web services icon that looks like a tablet with a phone beside it.
Click on Setup/Accept and Yes.
From the printer's main screen click on Apps.
Click on Scan to Email.
When you wish to Scan to Email click on Scan to Email. Please note that when using this feature the file size limit is 10MB. If the file is larger, the server will not attach the document.
The final method of scanning that would allow you to scan as a single document would be to scan the document to a Windows PC or a Mac instead. A proper computer can handle much larger files than an iPad or an iPhone and are not limited by server file size. You would certainly be able to scan your documents using this method.
Please let me know the results after following the above. If you are able to scan the document, please click on Accept Solution. If you appreciate my help, please click on the thumbs up icon. Both icons are below this post.
