I recently broke the door on the paper tray of my printer. I am unable to print because the sensor knows that the door is open on the paper tray. Is there a replacement that I can purchase?

The door is not customer replaceable and not available for purchase. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
