Is there anyway to calibrate the scanner on the envy inspire 7200e series. On previous printers when I installed the ink cartridges it printed off that test page and then asked to use that test page to calibrate the scanner. I am selecting to scan the entire area of the scanner, however, when it scans its not capturing the image. as detailed below, the bottom of the image is wrong

In addition the light beneath the scanner glass is continually flashing even when the scanner is not in use.

I understand that you are having issues with the scanning. 

 

Are you able to print and copy normally?

 

Meanwhile, install Print and Scan Doctor: Use our Print and Scan Doctor app to resolve scanner issues. 

 

To check and isolate the issue, check the copy functionality. Click here

I can print with no issues and the copy works fine too. My issue is with the scanning and it no being able to capture the bottom of the image as detailed in the image I uploaded.

i have ran the scan doctor and though troubleshooting steps but still the same issue
