Hello,
From my HP laptop I am using HP Smart and the mobile fax. I can not add a file or scan as there is an "old file" showing up on the screen and I can't delete it (garbage can is greyed over). I can add and delete the cover page but I can't delete this "ghost' file. I can click the edit pencil on this ghost file and add my signature to the pages but I can't delete this file to allow me to scan new documents to fax.
I can scan and mobile fax with my Iphone 14 just fine which is what I am doing for now, but much prefer to type on my laptop.
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
Thank you
Jon
