This does not work.  Uninstalled, reinstalled drivers, printers, firmware, still have same problem and cannot scan.

This did not work.  Reinstalled from Microsoft Store and get same "loading cloud services error" when trying to scan.

Same message and nothing works to correct.  I log in to my account but i get his message.  can no longer scan at all. 

 

 

We’re experiencing connectivity issues related to account access. This could happen if you are connected to a VPN. Exit setup and try again later to resolve this issue.

If you continue to have issues setting up, contact HP Support.

this did not work for me.  i can sign in but still get the same error message and no scan.
