I am getting the same thing.  was working last week now they are having connectivity issues but we have not been informed. i subscribe it insta ink you think they would have communicated that they are having issues. this comes at a bad time as i need to urgently scan some documents and getting the same error message.  this is absoluetly crazy.  Have you found a number to actually call i have been looking all over the net and can't find one.

I have not had any luck with a contact number. I scanned no issues on 3/07/23 but this started yesterday.

I called and the guy wanted remote access to my computer so I hung up.  This is crazy I really need to scan and email some documents guess I will need to use my I phone
