Can scan using the flatbed, but won't scan using the feeder,

Printer 4155e all-in-one will scan from the flatbed, but won't scan from the feeder.

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

Assuming that HP Smart app is used to scan.  Do select Source as "Document Feeder"

1. Select Printer Scan from HP Smart

2. Tap on down arrow for selection

3. Select Source

4. Select Document Feeder

Go back and the scan should pick from the document feeder.
