I have been unable to log into HP Smart for over a week. When I launch HP Smart and select SCAN, I click the login button and get this message: "We cannot connect to the service you need right now. Check your network connection or try this again later." My network connection is fine and I've been "trying again" for over a week.
This is a new computer and my husband and I have separate user accounts. I am logged in to HP Smart on my account but can't log in on his account, just in case that matters...
Is is possible to scan using the 'Scan' feature on the printer, or do we have to use HP Smart?
