I think HP did some kind of Update recently and I get an error message about invalid User ID and Password information. Worked all week until Friday....anyone else experiencing the same problem as well? I even did a factory reset on the printer, updated drivers and everything and still the same problem. Can anyone recommend a fix or what to do? HP should send a fix out for this issue as I saw many others had it happen this week too

Are you scanning to folder? Scanning to email? Are you scanning with a program on the PC or trying to scan directly from the device?

What email service do you use?
The issue likely relies with your may account security settings, many email providers may implement new security options which are not supported by the printer...
