I cant scan to email from my printer. I have tried many fixes...Restored to default settings, went to printers url and tried to enable that way, but to no avail.
What else can I do? Eprint seems to be working but not scan to email.

Hi,
Try installing the latest printer firmware below and check for any difference:
If the same persists, click the HP Eprint icon select Settings, then select Remove Web Services.
Now open the Scan to Email app from the Scan or the Apps menu and follow the steps to re-register the app.

Shlomi

I
I installed HP download and install assistant. But couldn't go further since the Printer Update didn't list my printer.
Also, on printer itself, there is no where to find " Remove Web Services". I looked all over.
I unplugged and plugged printer many times. The message I'm getting is : Server Connection Error - Unable to connect to Web Services Confirm internet access and try again or enter a proxy address.
I do have internet access and printer connects via wireless network.
What else can I try to get my web services back?
