Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

The January 6, 2024, software driver zip file "HP_Easy_Start.app.zip" does not work. It does not finish the install because it "Cannot obtain software information", picture bellow. The "Try Again" button just brings it back to the same place. I tried unplugging, replugging the scanjet, and restarting the computer. Since the software was just released, it may be the starting out bugs.

I'm on a 2019 Macbook Pro on OS 11.7.10 trying to run the software installation to use my HP OfficeJet 6978 with printer/scan utilities.
