I couldn't get the printer to copy and print checks I had placed on the glass plate (I copy customer checks before depositing) so I scanned them and saved the image to my desktop as a jpeg. I was able to print that. Now I want to reprint the page but the printer only prints about an eighth of the page and then spits it out. I plugged and unplugged several times, I reloaded the driver, I checked to see if there's a spooling proglem, I uninstalled and reinstalled. I have spent hours working on this printer and am so ready to return it, but thought I'd ask for advice first. Thanks so much!

@LindaSS, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

What is the paper size and type you are using to print?

Which application are you trying to print from?

Are you able to print other documents like PDF, Word or Webpages?

Try making a standalone copy and check if that works.

Also, Run HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix any driver issue

Click here to download the file. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and Click on 'Fix printing'.

Keep me posted for further assistance.
