@Linny2020, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
- Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF, Word, or Webpages and check if the issue persists?
- Try using a different web browser to check if that helps.
- If the issue is limited to printing the bank statement, there could be a restriction on the content you are trying to print. Usually, banks have restrictions on the content that can be printed for security reasons.
- Contact the bank and check for the same.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

I have had and still having the same problem if I do it from the Barclays site but it normally works if I save on PC and then print but today it did not work. The missing print is the Money In and Money Out, i.e., the transactions. I have tried B&W and colour and still not printing from my PC in a saved folder. The statement in my saved folder has all the info but my HP Envy all in one does not print the transactions, so is it a printer problem?

Have you tried printing other documents and check if you are able to print?
If you are able to print other files, it means the printer is working fine.
Did you try downloading the transaction as PDF file and then try to print it?
Keep me posted.

Hi Kumar,
Apologies for the late response.
I can print other bank statements so it does not look like the printer.
The Barclays statement has been saved as a pdf and when I open it, all the amounts are present but when I print, the money in and out entries are blank but "at a glance" statement monies of totals in and out printed. Very strange.
I will revert back to Barclays
Thank you.
I do have a scanning problem with the printer, which I asked the community yesterday but no response yet.

If you are able to print other bank statements and other documents fine, it means the issue is not with the printer. As mentioned earlier, banks may restrict content that can be printed. You will have to check with the bank for more info.
If you still have issues with scanning, let me know.
Keep me posted.
