I'm having the same problem with Barclays statements - if anyone has the solution please let is know

very frustrating!!

It is not an HP problem.  Barclays informed me that a) I should download to my PC b) then open the document with Acrobat Reader and then it will print.  It did but I always used Acrobat Reader so why it never worked before, I have no idea.  Also previously when I opened the downloaded document in Acrobat Reader, it showed all the in and out transactions but did not print them.  It seems to be working okay now so maybe Barclays resolved it!

Thank you DeniseB39 - that works now

I was using ACrobat reader too - but maybe it was an older version

Downloaded the latest and I can print everything - so happy now!!

Yahoo, torn my hair out, but there is another way.

If you click on the "PDF Icon" you get to view an authentic Statement, but cannot print it.

Instead click on the "View Transactions" link, to bring up your transactions, and at the end of the list there is a button called "Download All (PDF)" - this will Show AND Print the statement, in a slightly more compact but less colourful form (it's Black and White, except for the Barclays logo). This is probably a legacy method of printing, but it will do the job for me until the full technicolour version works properly.

If Barclays bother to reply to my forth query, I will let them know but I suspect most people will come to this HP support service first, as my experience is that the Banks only fix things for corporate users with clout, individuals have little sway - unless they swamp the support ticket system (which is probably why barclays don't have one).

Good point, I updated Acrobat Reader and it fixed the problem - so now I have 2 methods to print a statement.

Only had Win10 and Office and memory updated in Nov, so assumed I had latest everything. Will warn my support guy.
