This is soooo frustrating !  So I get ready to scan a document and I can't access/reach the scan button because it is under the task bar at the bottom of the screen.  It won't allow me to make the desktop/sceen smaller so I could get to it.  I can drag up the whole window but the minute I move off of the top of the window it snaps back to where it was and then I can't get to the scan button.  I can't get rid of the task bar at the botton of the screen either.  How am I supposed to scan something if I can't reach the scan button?  Is there a manual way perhaps with shortcut keys or something>

I sort of figured it out.  I used the TAB to go down through the page until I got to the SCAN button.  A work around.

Hi,

Sorry I can't work out the situation. Is the icon of Scan button on your Desktop screen but you have to scroll down to see it ? If yes, you can re-arrange all icons or pin it on the Taskbar by

(a) Right click it,

(b) Click Pin it to Taskbar

Regards.

I can see the SCAN button through the task bar on the bottom since the task bar is translucent.   But I can't click it through the task bar.  I can drag the page up so that the scan button is above the task bar, but the second I take my hand off of the mouse it just snaps right back to where it was...under the task bar again.

Please, please - help.  So what do you mean you used the tab?  I don't get it - how does that help you expose the Scan button?  Please - if you can help. I am desperate.
