Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

HI 

Can't scan or copy. When I put paper i can hear scanning head start to move but immidiately stops and show:

"error 0X00829C98 HW_WATCHDOG "

all kind of restart don't help. Just 1 month old device.
