I have no other problems with my printer and am able to print from my phone without issue.
Trying to scan to email I have this error message
Username or password is incorrect
Make sure both user account and password are valid
I haven’t changed any settings and am not sure what user account/password it means or how I can fix it. It still works through the HP Smart app but not through the printer panel
Its just stopped working!!

Turn off the web services and turn it back on.

Now try setting up the scan to email.
