Operating System: Android 9.0 Pie

Hi.. can someone please help me.  So when using the scan Id option, it seems to get it all jumbled up.  The front on the ID is super small and the back side of the ID is large. I would like to get them the same size,  facing the same way,  and all on one side (page). Any advice or help would be appreciated! TIA
