Product: HP Envy 4527

I have just spent over an hour scanning a hefty document and the whole scan window disappeared as I took a pause to print one page. I cannot find the document anywhere as I had not had a chance to save it. Is there a way to retrieve this unsaved document? I have checked the scanned documents folder but it is empty.

You cannot retrieve an unsaved document.
