Cannot Download Solution Center

Bought a new laptop, and need to be able to scan using my HP D110 Photosmart. I cannot however find ANYWHERE where I can download Solution Center software. I have tried numerous times, and each time I get directed to a page where the only downloads available are the Print Doctor (which I already have) and an E-print driver. The Solution Center software download is nowhere to be found. 

I need to do one thing and one thing only....download the Solution Center software. This is a new laptop without a CD drive, so I cannot use the CD that came with the printer. 

Hope someone can help.

Try with the next software to install your Photosmart printer on Windows 10.
