We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

  I have an Officejet HP 6500 E709n all-in-one.  I have HP Solution Center 14.0 installed on my Dell XPS 8930 running Windows 10 Home 64-bit.

  I got the error message "Fax log full" when I tried to send a fax.

  In the HP Solution Center, I went to "Settings/More Fax Settings/Fax Log".  When I clicked on one of the last 5 faxes sent, the "Delete" button became active and I deleted that fax.  I selected the next 4 faxes and did the same thing.  But when I selected the next fax, the "Resend" and "Print Fax Log" buttons highlighted but the "Delete" button remained "grayed-out". (?!?!)

  I went to the Control panel on  the printer and selected "Setup/Tools/Clear Fax Log".  Then I went back to HP Solution Center, looked at the fax log and it still has 25 faxes in it.

  Then I went to my web browser and connected to the printer.  On the Information tab I selected "Log" and then selected the "Fax Log" tab in that window.  There are zero faxes displayed in this window.

  Next, I selected the "Settings" tab in the web browser and then selected "Fax Options" in the left-hand column.  In the right-hand column I clicked on the "Clear" button in the "Clear Fax Logs" section and then clicked "Yes" in the acknowledgement window to delete all faxes.  

  When I went back to the Fax Log section in HP Solution Center there were still 25 faxes in the list!

 

  How do I delete the remaining 25 faxes?

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:  

  1. From the Home screen, touch the Setup  button.

  2. Touch the Service menu.

  3. Touch the Fax Service menu.

  4. Touch the Clear Saved Faxes button.
