I have tried several times to download the full-feature software for my printer. I have the install disc but cannot get the full download. I have tried going to HP Support and downloading the full-feature from their website but only get the basic

I have full scan and OCR now nothing

1. Ensure Compatibility:

  • Verify that you’re downloading the correct software for your printer model and operating system. Ensure that the software is compatible with your version of Windows or macOS.

2. Download Full Feature Software

  • Go to the HP Support website.
  • Enter your printer model number in the search bar (e.g., HP OfficeJet Pro 9010).
  • Choose your specific printer model from the search results.
  • Ensure that you select the correct operating system. If the OS version is incorrect, the download might be for a different version of the software.
  • Look for the “Full Feature Software and Drivers” download option. This usually includes all the necessary software components like scanning, OCR, and advanced printer settings.
  • Click Download to start the process.
  • Once the download is complete, open the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions to install the full-feature software.

3. Troubleshoot Download Issues

  • Sometimes, browser cache can cause issues with downloads. Clear your browser cache or try using a different browser.
  • Download and install the HP Smart app from the Microsoft Store or Mac App Store if you haven’t already. This app can help with installation and provide access to full features.
  • Ensure you have a stable internet connection during the download process. Sometimes a slow or unstable connection can result in incomplete downloads.

4. Install from Disc
