HP ENVY 4520
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I cannot print nor scan from my HP ENVY 4520. I can print only via email.

My PC is ethernet wired to my router, my printer is wifi connected to the same.

If I run HP Print & Scan Doctor, and it can see the printer, but fails to connect to it even if it is turned on and active.

If I run HP smart application, it states that the printer is offline even if it is not.

If I run HP TWAIN Administration application, it complains it cannot connect to the printer.

I recently changed router, but also with the old one I never had the guarantee that print or scan would have succeeded, so I am guessing I have some setup issue.

Would you mind to help me out?

Please let me know of any relevant info you may need, I will provide it as soon as possible.

Thanks a lot for your support, I tried all things coming out off the top of my head without any luck and the only thing I didn't try is to bang my head on the printer or the PC. Or bang the printer onto the PC or the other way around.

Cheers.

What about if I have a mac computer with Catalina macOS?

The tool that you have that is on the Appstore doesn't help too much, is there someone around?
