Cannot scan 2 sided documents any longer HP Envy 7640

I used to be given the option to manually scan 2 sided documents from feeder. No longer able. Scan finishes after first side

I see that you are trying to scan a 2-sided document from your Win 10 PC. To assist you better,

• Which app are you using to scan?
• Are you using the HP Smart app or the full-feature driver?

Run HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix any driver issue

Click here to download the file. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and click on 'Fix scanning'.
