Hello, I cannot scan to network drive using the above mentioned printer. Scanning to USB-Stick is possible.
I downloaded the firmware update image (version 20160331), but cannot install the program. After double-click nothing happens. Any ideas?
Thanks and best regards
Christoph

Hi Christoph,
The printer is incompatible with Snow Leopard, it is supported on Lion (10.7) or later versions.
You may find the System Requirements listed below:
The firmware update utilitywas not desinged for your operating system and therefore won't run on it.
As the printer connectewd to a network, follow these steps to update the firmware directly from the printer menu:
If setting up scanning to a folder shared on your Mac fails, please clarify the exact error, as well as the used settings (Shared folder path used, etc.) as well did you shared this folder form your Mac?
