Good Day,

I cannot get "Scan to computer"to work.

The printer states that I need to open the HP software and select "Print, Scan & Fax" > "Scan Actions" > "Manage Scan to Computer".

The problem is that NONE of those options are available...

There is no button called "Print, Scan & Fax"

There is no button called "Scan Actions"

And when selecting "Scan" there is no button called "Manage Scan to Computer"

I am at a loss of what to try next, nothing works.
I am able to scan from a computer or from a phone.
But I cannot tap the scan button on the printer.....

I understand you are trying to scan from the printer screen to the computer. For this feature to work, you need a full-feature printer driver to be installed on the computer.

 

Click here to download the HP Full-feature driver.

Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and follow the on-screen instructions.

Now, follow the instructions on the printer screen to enable Scan to computer option.
