Cannot scan to email. Somehow the TO and FROM emails listed are the same. "Scan Failed"

Cannot scan to email.  Message: Scan Failed.   I suspect the reason is somehow the TO and FROM emails listed are the same. They are my personal email. I have a sheet that lists the printers email address, but there is no Modify button for changing the printer email. Only to modify my personal email or other recipient.

I'd be happy to assist you with the scan to email issue.

Follow the steps below -

Use a Web browser to open the HP Embedded Web Server (EWS)

--->Touch on the wifi icon ((i)) on the printer, and take down the IP address 

--->Open a web browser (ex Chrome or Mozilla) and type in the printer's IP

EWS page-

1. Click the Scan tab.--->scan to email
2. In the left navigation pane, click Email options to configure the default email options.
