Cannot select A3

I have a HP 7740 and can't scan A3. Officeworks told me its an A3 scanner. Wheres the setting to change it if there is one?

• From which application are you trying to scan?
  • Are you using the HP Smart app?

Below is the scan specifications of the HP Officejet 7740 Wide Format All In One

As per the specifications, the printer does support A3 scanning from the flatbed scanner. Refer to this document for more info.

From the scanning application, we have to change the paper settings to A3 to scan documents.

If you are using the HP Smart App, please change the settings on the HP Smart app to A3.

Open the HP Smart app, select the Scan tile and from the drop-down at the top, select the paper size as A3 and scan the document.
