Cannot set up scan to email with Yahoo

I just bought my HP printer MFP M281 and when I try to set up Scan to Email with Yahoo I keep getting an error message saying my username and password is incorrect. I am typing in my correct username and password. I am using

smtp.mail.yahoo.com and SMTP Port 465.

I have read multiple forums about trying to resolve this and found one person that said it was a setting in Yahoo that if changed, will work. They didn't say what setting it was though. I have tried to turn off my 2-step verification and that did not work.

Has anyone found a fix for this?

I figured it out for those of you that are still struggling to fix this.  You have to go into you Yahoo security settings and generate a password specifically for the app. I chose "Other App" and used that as my email password when setting up the Scan to Email in HP. 

Hope this helps someone out there as I had spent a lot of time trying to figure this out!
