Change size of text on a scanned document to match original text size

I scanned a document & want to change some of the original text. How do I get rid of original text & how do I resize text im putting on document

You need software that can edit the PDF file structure.

Adobe supports and sells software of this type.

If you have software that can create an Editable PDF file, you are closer to the goal.

Software of that type MIGHT be available as part of your printer's drivers, perhaps through HP Smart as a special feature.

If the OCR / Editable PDF software is not part of your printer's HP software options, software of this type can be purchased or is available by subscription.  There might also be free versions "out there", though you should be mindful of your privacy.  Free might -- or might NOT -- mean secure and safe to use.
