I get an error message when I try to scan to email that says username or password is incorrect. Is this my email username & password I use to send documents scanned from my printer? If so, how do I update the password? It’s a Gmail account. Thanks!
You need to go into the EWS on the printer either by typing the IP address of the printer into a browser or by using the HP toolbox. Go to the email settings and update the authentication settings.
