How do I change the JPG scan resolution on my Envy 4520? It defaults to 600dpi and there is no option to change it.
Thanks.

Hi,
Thanks for using the HP Forums. Have you installed the FULL feature software?
If you have not, can you download and install the FULL feature printer software from HP for your operating system:
The following resource will help you :
HP Printer Install Wizard for Windows
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/COL50403/mp-150580-2/hppiw.exe
Once you have downloaded and installed the FULL feature software, you will be able to print and scan.
Start the the Scan Software and follow the (example) steps belowto change the resolution.
Hope that helps!
