I need to change the email address that my printer scans too as Tesco no longer provide email accounts, I now have a gmail account. I cannot remember my PIN that goes with the Tesco email on the printer so I'm unable to change the address without the PIN, it keeps tellling me that a new password has been sent to my account (Tesco which is no longer operational) What do I do please?

I see that you are unable to unable to change the address without the PIN.

Are you referring to changing the email that is used in "Scan to Email" option from the printer front panel?

 

If yes, you need to reset the printer to factory settings and reconfigure "Scan to Email" again.

To check your private message, please check your Private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile.
