Chromebook will not connect to HP account despite logging in. It just keeps buffering and says "Thank you for your patience" This prevents me from scanning and using HP Smart facilities. Each time I try, it goes back to sign in to account and starts all over ? Help please, getting really fed up with this.

Hi,

The HP Smart app is supported on Windows 10, MacOS, iOS or Android, it is not supported on ChromeOS and not tested or expected to work on any such.
