I have tried to clean the scanner feed but to no avail. The pages get jammed each time I try. Anyone have a suggestion of how to clean the feed? Thank you for your help.

Solutions - In Order:
In addition to the other solutions, be sure to see the part about the cleaning the rollers -- these are inside the printer and may need attention -- things "stick" when the rollers are dirty.
"Scanner" feed might be affected if there is dirt, debris, or anthing "sticky" along the path the paper travels when feed from the Automatic Document Feeder.
To clean the glass and the surrounding areas:
If the scanner has an "extra" bar of glass next to the main flatbed, this is the glass used when the ADF is used. Make sure both it and the main flatbed glass are clean.
Use a flashlight, torch in the UK >
Shine the light at an angle along the glass >
Clean, clean, clean and use a small brush to sweep out all along the edges, too.
