I have HP Envy Photo Fax 7855 I have been attempting to fax. The Error 321 states a communication error occurred during the fax transmission. I have used the HP test [content removed] has code error 344.  I contacted my provider to the landline phone and I was asked to contact HP provider.   Thank you! Help!
