Hi @Printer2632MK,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

Thanks for reaching out. I understand your HP DeskJet 2632 All-in-One Printer is not working properly on Windows 11, and you've already tried restarting your router, printer, and laptop. Sorry to hear about the issue. Here are some steps to help resolve the issue:

1. Check Printer Connection

  • Wireless: Make sure the printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your PC.
    • On the printer, press the Wireless button to check the status.
    • If the light is blinking, it’s not connected. You may need to reconnect using HP Smart.
  • USB: If using a USB cable, try a different port or cable.

2. Use the HP Smart App

3. Reinstall Printer Drivers

4. Reset Printer Network Settings

  • On the printer, press and hold the Wireless and Cancel buttons together for 5 seconds.
  • This will reset the wireless settings and allow you to reconnect via HP Smart.

5. Check Windows Settings

  • Go to Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners.
  • Make sure your printer is listed and set as the Default.
  • If not, click Add a printer or scanner and follow the prompts.

I hope this helps.

Take care, and have an amazing day!
