Welcome to the HP Community --
You'll need a supported Printer and an application that can understand how to save to a Cloud destination.
If you can get it to work,
If the Google Drive is connected to your device (computer, tablet, Phone),
If you are signed into the Google Drive and it is available as a destination,
You might be able to Scan your content and select a Google Drive sub-folder as the "save" location.
General Example - HP Smart - Windows - Scan Document - Save

What else?
==================
HP Smart - Shortcuts
The application supports saving to select Cloud accounts.
At this writing, Google Drive is listed as supported.
HP Smart - Windows
Open HP Smart > Select Tile Help & Support
Under heading "Print, Scan, and Save"
Select Shortcuts
