We are a contracting company and draw a lot of diagrams, plans and schematics. When we make a copy of a letter-sized page the copy comes out slightly reduced so the original scale of the drawing is no longer correct. I can't see where to change this in the printer set up, does anyone have any ideas please?

Firstly Deskjet printers are not suitable for businesses (nonestly), HP Officejet Pro printers are more suitable. For Deskjet 3700, it needs to allow space for borders that may be the problem of copying.
Please try to increase/enlarge copy to over 100% or try the following way:
