Copy buttons on my HP 6001 are not lit up so I am not able to copy.  What do I need to do?

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

 

Open the fladbed scanner lid and place document to copy onto the flatbed, the Copy buttons will light up.

 

Select Color or Black Copy to copy the document.
