I cannot now copy anything from my printer as both black & white and colour displays/buttons have disappeared from my printer. I have deleted printer now and re-installed but still the same.

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

 

Here's how to copy:

1. Lift the scanner lid and place document

2. The Copy button will lit up

3. Select either the Color or Black Copy button to copy
