Product: HP LaserJet Pro MFP M130nw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My MFP prints and scans perfectly, but when making copies, it distorts text toward the bottom of the document page.  Particularly, one area of the glass which always happens to be the last few lines of an A4 size paper.  What could be causing that?  The glass is clean, so I'm baffled.

Can we see an example?

 

So scan a defective copy and upload here, click on the icon "Insert photos", "Set format = Large", original size at least 200 KB.
But before you must remove or delete the personal data and printer serial number on the printout.
