The printer will not copy because it believes it has envelope 6 3/4 paper loaded when it actually has letter 8.5x11 loaded. I have tried unplugging the printer and plugging it back in which did not solve anything, I tried unloading and reloading the paper which did not solve it. When I tried printing something off my computer with the paper size set to the letter 8.5x11 it worked no issues, but it just will not copy.

I will try and help. This sounds like the settings for the copy mode on the printer has been set for that envelope size as default paper. The computer will always override these settings. On the printer itself just work through all the settings and check if they are setup to the right sizes .Hope this will help.

Im not finding a setting that says default paper size or anything to change the paper size, it asks when i insert paper if i put the envelope 6 3/4 paper in with the options yes or no, if you select no nothing changes, it stays the same.

I have to apologize, after retrying pulling the paper and selecting no for it asking if what I entered was envelope 6 3/4, it decided to give me some options which I promptly changed and it now copies! It had not done this yesterday when I had tried.
