  • I have an HP smart tank 7000 series printer.

I am trying to copy a document that I have put in the scanner , however each time that it prints it , it is over printed by a previous document, how can I solve this please? I have tried this 5 times and each time it is over printed by a different document each time.

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

 

Can try to do a printer reset to factory defaults?  Hopefully that will resolve the issue.

Do note that the printer will need to be reconnected to the network after a printer reset by using HP Smart app.
