Hello, I just hooked up my new HP Officejet Pro 8028. I scanned to email, but incorrectly put in a wrong email address. I now cannot delete it without a PIN. I’ve tried everything. Please help. Thanks

Hi,

Swipe down the top dashboard and click the HP ePrint c06124611 icon, then click the Gear icon and select Remove Web Services.

Now select Scan >> Email and follow the steps to re-enable the feature.

 

If that doesn't work, Swipe down the top dashboard and click the Setup (gear) icon, then click on Printer Maintenance and select Restore.

Select Restore factory defaults and confirm any prompt, then reconfigure the network or wireless connection and select Scan >> Email.

Shlomi,

After trying to delete an incorrect email address without a PIN for 2 hours, your advice solved the problem in 5 minutes. I did have to restore factory settings. No problem though.  Thanks so much !!
