Please logon to printer Embedded Web Server (EWS) then
(a) Click Scan tab,
(b) Expand Scan to Email section,
(c) Click Email Address Book,
You can add more or delete existing email addresses from the book.
Note: How to logon to EWS
(a) Get printer IP address (touch wireless icon on printer),
(b) Open web browser on your computer,
(c) Put printer IP address at the URL area and hit enter.
